What is now known as Oasis Group began in 1981 with the formation of Eagle Package Printing Limited, a packaging company located at Ota, Ogun State. Oasis Group currently has Investments in manufacturing, financial services, commerce and property development. Without a doubt, we have a rich and enduring heritage of which we can be proud and grateful to Almighty God.

Oasis Group has come a long way, so has the business environment in which it operates. Industrial age competition is shifting to information age competition. The latter has made obsolete the fundamental assumptions of the former. The task ahead in Oasis Group is to ensure that value is being added in every business of the Group. This is by indentifying ways in which associated companies can be aided to achieve major improvements in performance and focus efforts and investments in areas of demonstratable skills and competence.

Indeed, what has become more decisive for business success is our ability to mobilize and exploit our intangible assets. Intangible assets like the knowledge and talent of our people, the essence of our brand and our underlying values which have enabled us to attain and maintain competitive advantage.
